Santa Illuminata offers the opportunity of unforgettable stays immersed in medioeval art and history as well as in contemplation of nature.
Suite  “Bonifacio VIII” 
This suite consists of a nice entrance; a wide master bedroom, whose window embraces the olive grove of the estate; a wide and stylish bathroom with a pool and a shower box, its washbasin rests on a slab of wood obtained from the wood of the feeders of the ancient stable of the Abbey.The suite is provided with climatization.
On request, the “Hall of the Biforas” may be associated with the suite “Bonifacio VIII“: this is the most ancient amongst the  halls of the Monastery and is so called since it is characterised by two mullioned windows, a precious witness of medioaeval art; the hall hosts a nice chimney and draws its charme also from the light that such “biforas” project on its stone walls. These windows overlook the olive grove of the estate. The “Hall of the Biforas” is provided with climatization.

The mansard “San Benedetto” 
This is situated on a raised floor, as compared with the one of the other suites. It is characterised by a truss, which partially divides the hall into two large spaces: a master bedroom and a living room  with the possibility of two further beds. A large bathroom with a shower box is present. The windows of this suite embrace the woodland of the estate and, over this, the valley of Massa Martana and the Martani mountains (mountainous spur, over which Assisi and Spoleto are situated). The suite is provided with climatization.

The suite ” San Francesco” 
It is situated in the southern side of the Monastery. It consists of a loft master bedroom; a living room made precious by a nice chimney, with the possibility of two further beds; a bathroom with a shower box is present. This suite is characterised by its stairs made of glass and the wood obtained from the feeders of the ancient stable of the Monastery: these stairs bring out the beauty of the stones of walls and the ceiling beams. From this suite too the
sight holds the valley of Massa Martana and the Martani mountains. The suite is provided with climatization

The suite “San Bernardo”
This suite also is situated in the southern side of the Abbey and is similar to the suite “San Francesco” in its space organisation. In fact, it consists of a loft master bedroom; a living room with possibility of two further beds; a bathroom with a shower box. This suite too is characterised by stairs made of glass and wood, similar to those of all suites of the southern side of the Monastery. The sight is the same as the one of all suites of the southern side.The suite is provided with climatization.

The suite “Santa Chiara”
It is situated in the southern side too of the Abbey, and presents similar features as compared to the other suites of the Southern side. It consists of a loft master bedroom; a living room with the possibility of two further beds; a bathroom with a shower box. The suite is provided with climatization.
The room ” Santa Rita” 
This is a master bedroom situated in the western side of the Monastery; a bathroom with a shower box characterised by stone walls and a washbasin resting on a slab of wood, obtained from the ancient wood of stable of the Monastery, is present. The windows sight of this room embraces the “terrace parks” and the olive grove of the estate and, over them, the valley of Todi. The room is provided with climatization.

The room “San Felice”
This master bedroom too is situated in the western side of the Abbey, and is provided with a bathroom with a shower box. The sight of this room is all the same as the one of the room “Santa Rita”. The room is provided with climatization

The suite “Illuminata”
This suite consists of a small entrance, a wide master bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower box. This room is characterised by stone walls framed by arches and communicates with the external side of the apse of the Church through a nice gallery. It is possible from this gallery to look inside the Church through a window with a mirror glass. In fact, this window has been posed on an opening that represented originally the internal entrance from the Monastery
into the Church for friars. It is also possible the access from the gallery to the Tower of the Monastery, which is particularly original in its medioaeval  austere atmosphere. The tower consists of a small entrance, a small bathroom with a shower box on a raised floor, a small master room on the top of the tower. The suite and the Tower are provided with climatization.

“Il Casale”
Il Casale is situated inside the estate ” Tenuta di Santa Illuminata”  surrounding the Church and the Monastery , a few metres far from these monuments. Il Casale, which rises as a result of the recovery of a farmhouse, is characterised by the elegance of its architecture and the amazing beauty of the sight that may be admired from there. In fact, from the west side
of the Casale, above a wall of ancient and giant stones that are thought to be of etruscan origin, the sight embraces a vast part of the valley of Todi and , immediately below, the vineyard of Santa Illuminata and the woodland covering an ancient road leading to Todi.
The Casale, which is characterised by a furniture in harmony with the surrounding environment, consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower boxes, a living room and a kitchen.The Casale may host up to four persons and is provided with climatization.
